From the outset a monthly maintenance fee is payable by each homeowner and adjusted as it becomes necessary by the Steering Committee, to provide absolute transparency annual accounts are prepared and submitted to all homeowners for their records and perusal. This system of controlled management and maintenance provides and ensures that the development is properly run and property prices protected in the future.
Vacation Rentals are also undertaken by Universal which operates from a rented office alongside the management office. Universal through their expertise and using experts in the field seek holiday rentals through both established tour operators and its own interactive website's.
Additional services that may be required in larger developments, such as on site vehicle rentals and a local minibus service for homeowners and their guests, will be provided. In fact the necessities need to make each stay more comfortable and relaxing.
