| One of the biggest problems with purchasing an off-plan home is the waiting period until completion and our aim is to complete the whole of our St George Hills community together so that some owners are not looking out over a construction site for months on end. The problem of course is that this does take time and in the case of St George Hills we do not plan to start handing over properties until late 2009.
